RETURNS & REFUNDS
If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the products. The products must be returned in original condition, unused, unwashed and are accompanied with their original packaging. We will either exchange it, replace it or provide a store credit at our discretion. We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase.
Faulty Items: If your order has been damaged in transit please contact us immediately.
Sale Items: Sale items are not eligible for a refund unless they are faulty.
Cancellation Policy: Once an order has been placed this may not be cancelled.
Shipping is charged on an order weight/size basis due to the range of items we stock.
Our products are sent directly to you from our warehouse facility. We use a signature required courier service for all orders throughout New Zealand. All parcels will require a signature on delivery for security and peace of mind of both ourselves and the customer. Should no one be present at the premises to sign for the parcel, a card will be left and your parcel will be available for collection from the couriers office or depot.
Your shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days. Courier delivery is 1-2 business days. All orders are dispatched Monday to Friday.

If you are local and would like to pick up your order please let us know and we will refund the delivery fee upon collection of your purchase.

We accept Visa and MasterCard, via PayPal. PayPal automatically ecrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercial available).
You do not need to have a PayPal account to use it to pay for purchases. PayPal’s fraud prevention measures remain in effect for buyers who don’t have a PayPal account.
Internet banking: Payment can be made directly into our bank account for New Zealand orders. Goods will be held for 3 working days from date of order for payment to appear, if it does not then the order will be cancelled and goods placed back into stock.
